Registered Dietitian
About

Hi, I’m Jeani, and I empower women to take control of hormonal imbalances like PCOS, Endometriosis and PMS, so they can feel strong, get healthy and thrive. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and I provide individualized, science-backed nutrition counseling for women’s health conditions. Work with me to find ways to incorporate the nutrients you need to balance hormones and conquer symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, bloating, constipation and irregular periods. We’ll take a detailed look into your current diet and find the best ways to add in anti-inflammatory foods, help balance blood sugar and improve gut health, so you can enjoy delicious food, optimize your long-term fertility and build the life and family you want when you want it. I also have special expertise in plant-based diets (including vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian), and I can help you take control of your hormones while following your dietary and cultural preferences. Whether you just need a little inspiration for healthy snacking or you want to overhaul your diet and lifestyle to conquer hormone imbalances, you can work with me to find the most delicious way to meet your health goals.

Hana Berlin, LMFT
Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I would describe my approach to counseling to be collaborative, solution focused, and integrative focusing on mind, body, and spirit. My intention is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where we can identify goals, strengths, learn new skills/methods to handle emotions, explore new perspectives, and discover your own answers bringing clarity. I grew up in New York and from a young age always had a deep interest and passion for mental and physical health and well-being. In my 20's I ran two marathons but as I entered my mid 30's and now 40 I spend a lot more time meditating. As a child and adolescent I experienced personal suffering and learned first hand that if we tap into our inner-strength, resiliency, without ever giving up we can turn adversity into opportunities for growth, wisdom, love, compassion, gratitude, and a multitude of other good qualities. Recently I was living in SE Asia for 6 years and rather than focusing on our differences believe that we can all embrace each other through altruism and understanding that everyone wants to be happy and does not want to suffer. Nothing brings me greater joy than to connect heart to heart.
